Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your account email.
• Product pages you analyze, the verdicts, saved comparisons, watches and protected purchases.
• Purchase records from the payment provider (status, amount, date). We never see card numbers.
• Anonymous usage events and optional feedback, without URLs, emails or verdict text.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data and don't store raw IP addresses.

Chrome extension

• The extension does nothing until you click its icon and press "Analyze this product". It never reads pages in the background and keeps no browsing history.
• When you press Analyze, only that page's web address is sent to Verdict. We fetch the public page ourselves; your page content, forms, passwords and checkout details are never sent.
• The address and resulting verdict are stored in your scan history like a website scan, until you delete them. The page is retrieved through our page-reading provider (Firecrawl) and analyzed by our AI provider.
• Signing in gives the extension a short-lived access token (up to one hour) held only in the browser's session storage. Signing out clears it.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual scans or clear your history from your account. To delete your whole account and data, contact support. Payment records the provider must keep for tax reasons are retained by the provider.
