The pass

30-Day Purchase Protection is a one-time digital purchase lasting 30 days. It does not renew automatically.

Requesting a refund

Include the date of purchase. You can also reply to the payment provider's receipt email.

What happens after a refund

  • A full refund ends paid access and stops price monitoring for protected purchases.
  • A partial refund is recorded on your account but does not change your access.
  • Your verdicts and purchase history remain visible.

Retailer refunds

Refunds, returns and price matches for products you bought from stores are decided by those retailers, not by Verdict.
